Delivery Methods
We use reputable courier services for all shipments. Items are shipped fully insured and require a signature on delivery. Collection is also available by arrangement — message us on WhatsApp to coordinate.
Delivery Times
Local deliveries (major metros) arrive within 1-2 business days. Nationwide shipping takes 3-5 business days. Pre-order items arrive within the timeframe stated on the product page. Tracking details are sent via WhatsApp once your order ships.
Packaging & Handling
Every item is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure safe transit. Devices are shipped in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap and foam padding. Fragile items receive additional protection.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the item size. Costs are discussed and agreed upon during checkout via WhatsApp — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Returns & Exchanges
If an item doesn't match the description or has an undisclosed defect, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all included accessories.
Return Process
To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for return. We'll arrange a return courier at no cost to you if the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
